The Company announces its Net Asset Value per ordinary share as at 11 May 2026 was estimated to be 178.99 pence.
The Company also announces its Net Asset Value per ordinary share before Indian CGT deferred tax provision as at 11 May 2026 was estimated to be 189.53 pence.
The Net Asset Value per ordinary share has been estimated based upon 66,052,624 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company as at 11 May 2026.
