Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, IGas Energy hereby makes the following notification.
As at the close of business on 30 December 2011 IGas Energy had 162,204,909 issued Ordinary Shares of 50p each (the "Ordinary Shares") admitted to trading. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of IGas Energy plc. IGas Energy has no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in IGas Energy is 162,204,909.
The total voting rights figure of 162,204,909 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Ordinary Share capital of IGas Energy under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
