Board Changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.6.5. (2) IFG announces that Victor Quigley, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company of his intention to resign as a director following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting, both scheduled for 30 June 2010.

Mr Quigley has been a director of the Company since November 1989. He was an executive director in the Company's Irish financial services division until June 2009 when he reduced his ongoing work commitments and a non-executive director since that date.
