Changes to the Board
IFG Group plc is pleased to announce the co-option of Kathryn Purves to the Board of the company as a Non-Executive Director as of 17th May 2016.
Kathryn is an experienced financial services executive bringing a breadth of functional experience having worked across investment, commercial, legal and more recently risk management, where she has been Chief Risk Officer of Partnership Life Insurance, the FTSE small-cap life insurance company.
She also brings experience as a Non-executive Director having joined the Board of Intermediate Capital Group plc, the FTSE 250 specialist asset manager with €13.7bn assets under management, where she is a member of the Risk Committee.
