A blocklisting application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 250,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value of €0.12 each ("Shares") in the capital of IFG Group plc to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
250,000 Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the IFG Group Share Option Scheme 2000, the IFG Group Share Option Scheme 2010,the IFG Group Share Option Scheme (UK) 2000 and the IFG Group Share Option Scheme (UK) 2010. Admission is expected to take place on 29 April 2015.
