Pleased be advised that the following replaces the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 25 June 2009 at 14:58 under RNS number 5241U. The Price per share or value of transaction should have read 70 pence sterling per ordinary share and not 90 pence sterling per ordinary share as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text appears below.

Notes: This form is intended for use by an issuer to make a RIS notification required by the Market Abuse Rules and section 53 (as extended by section 64 of the Companies Act 1990) or entered into the issuer's register in accordance with section 59 of the Companies Act 1990.
