Prospectus available
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 9 December 2009 concerning the Acquisition of James Hay Holdings Limited (the "Acquisition") the Company announces that a Prospectus in respect of the 48,263,932 New Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer has been approved by the Financial Regulator.
Application Forms in respect of the Open Offer to Qualifying Shareholders are being posted today and entitlements will be credited to the CREST system at 8.00 am on Monday, 21 December, 2009. The latest time and date for acceptance and payment in full in respect of entitlements under the Open Offer is 11.00 a.m. on 7 January. 2010.
The Prospectus has been made available to the public in accordance with Part 8 of the Prospectus Regulations by the same being made available, free of charge, in electronic form on the Company's website www.ifggroup.com and in printed format for a period of 14 days from the date of publication of the Prospectus at the Company's registered office at IFG House, Booterstown Hall, Booterstown, Co Dublin, Ireland and at the registered offices of Davy, Davy House, 49 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, and at the offices of Computershare Investor Services (Ireland), Heron House, Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18.
