Directors' dealing in shares

The Company was today informed that Anthony Grey (Non-Executive Chairman), Stephen Turner (Non-Executive Deputy Chairman) and Johannes Muller (Chief Financial Officer) and Stephen Oke (Non-Executive Director) have all purchased shares in the company.

Anthony Grey has purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.5661 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Grey will hold a total of 1,466,667 shares in IFL representing 0.265% of the Company's issued share capital.

Stephen Turner has purchased 375,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.5661 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Turner will hold a total of 7,291,667 shares in IFL representing 1.316% of the Company's issued share capital.

Johannes Muller has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.5661 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Muller will hold a total of 150,000 shares in IFL representing 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.

Stephen Oke has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15p. Following this transaction, Mr Oke will hold a total holding of 150,000 shares in IFL representing 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
