Transaction in Own Shares

Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 20 June 2025 it purchased 335,037 of its own ordinary shares in the market at a price of 369.2 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 305,623,539 ordinary shares. The Company is holding 98,318,648 of these shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 207,304,891.

This figure (207,304,891) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
