The following notification is made in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
International Distributions Services plc confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 29 February 2024 is 958,293,475, each share carrying the right to one vote.
No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company as at 29 February 2024 is 958,293,475.
