InnovaDerma plc ("InnovaDerma", the "Company" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group") announces that, further to the announcement of 6 October 2017, and following the proposed admission of 1.6 million shares pursuant to the placing of ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 12 October 2017 ("Admission"), the Company will have a total of 14,265,571 Ordinary Shares in issue. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
