Exercise of Broker Warrants
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty, and personal care products announces that it has received notice from its Sole Broker Hybridan LLP to exercise warrants (the "Broker Warrants" or "Warrants") of 54,334 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of £0.84 per ordinary share raising £45,640.56 for the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Such warrants were issued in relation to a fundraising as announced by the Company on the 16 November 2016.
Application will be made for the admission of 54,334 Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that dealings in the Shares will commence on or around 2nd May 2017. The new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 11,967,399. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
