Director/PDMR shareholding
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life sciences products, announces it was notified yesterday that, Mark Ward, Non-executive Director has purchased 171,242 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the Company at an average price of 40.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mark Ward now holds a total of 2,345,919 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 13.49% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Mark Ward has agreed to subscribe for 1,428,571 new ordinary shares pursuant to the conditional placing as announced on 20 January 2021.
In addition, InnovaDerma was notified yesterday that, Andrew Dunderdale, Group Finance Director has purchased 24,937 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 40.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Purchase, Andrew Dunderdale now holds Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
