IDOX plc ("IDOX" or the "Company")
Transaction in Own Shares
Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by the shareholders and under the share repurchase programme announced on 1 November 2010, the Company announces that on 23 November 2010 it purchased a total of 25,000 of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury at a price of 13 pence per share.
This represents less than 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase, there are 3,883,000 shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in IDOX plc is 340,275,336.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, IDOX under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
