Result of Annual General Meeting
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc, a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, held its Annual General Meeting today.
The Board of the Company announces that shareholders approved all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
At the meeting, David Evans, the Company's Chairman, announced that trading for the Company continues to be in-line with management expectations and that it remains optimistic for the outcome for its financial year as a whole to 31 March 2009.
