Share buy-back and Total Voting Rights
Cupid announces that it has today purchased 49,653 of its ordinary shares of 2.5p each at a volume weighted average price paid per share of 133.5p. The highest price paid per share was 133.5p and the lowest price paid per share was 133.5p. Cupid purchased these shares through Peel Hunt LLP. The number of shares purchased represents 0.06% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
The total number of ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue following this announcement is 83,371,971. Cupid holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company following cancellation will be 83,371,971.
Cupid has purchased 1,725,000 of its own shares since the commencement of the buy-back programme on 7 January 2013.
