Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC24 May 2007 ANNOUNCEMENT TO STOCK EXCHANGE GRAPHITE ENTERPRISE TRUST PLC 24 May 2007 As previously announced on 3 May 2007, the net asset value per share of GraphiteEnterprise Trust PLC as at 31 March 2007 was 465.6p. This was after deductingthe dividend declared in March of 6.5p per share. In the three months to 31March 2007 the net asset value per share rose by 2.4% compared with a rise of1.9% in the FTSE All-Share Index. At 31 March 2007 theCompany had total outstanding commitments of £191.5 million. After deductingnet current assets of £119.9 million the overcommitment was £71.6 million,representing 18.7% of total assets.
