Proposed Resolution to Purchase Own Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.4.4, the Company announces that it intends to propose a resolution at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting seeking general authorisation to make market purchases of up to 40,642,450 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 penny each (representing 10% of the Company's current issued share capital) subject to the requirements of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. If approved, the directors have no present intention to exercise this authority.
Full details of the resolution will be set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018, which will be posted to shareholders and made available on the Company's website (www.ibstockplc.com/investors) in due course.
