Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Ibstock plc ("Ibstock" or "the Company") was notified on 20 August 2019 that Claire Hawkings, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 213.01p per share on 20 August 2019. Following this purchase Claire Hawkings has an interest in 10,000 shares, representing 0.0024% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
