Treasury shares
On 10 June 2015, the Company transferred a total of 2,568 shares as follows:
· 2,113 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme; and
· 455 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to participants in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 14,578,851 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,958,155 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
