Treasury shares
On 6 May 2015, the Company transferred a total of 2,302 shares as follows:
· 1,930 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme; and
· 372 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to a participant in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 14,972,040 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,564,966 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
