In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Hyve Group plc announces that Sharon Baylay has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of W.A.G payment solutions plc, which was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 13 October 2021. Sharon Baylay serves as a Non-Executive Director of Hyve and Chairs the Remuneration Committee and the ESG Committee.
