ITE GROUP plc Employees' Share Trust - Share Purchase

ITE Group plc ('ITE') announces that on 28 March 2014 Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £1.9315p per share, for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Company's share plans, using the Trust's assets.

The Directors of the Company have an interest in the above shares by virtue of them being members of the class of beneficiaries of the Trust.

Following this purchase, 3,348,938 shares are held in the Trust, representing 1.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
