Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, following the issue and admission to AIM on 14 April 2010 of 3,259,859 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the conditional placing announced on 23 March 2010, its issued share capital comprisesย 361,854,531 Ordinary Shares.
56,673,333ย Ordinaryย Shares are held by a subsidiary of the Company and are therefore disenfranchised. As a result, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company isย 305,181,198.
The above figure ofย 305,181,198ย Ordinary Sharesย may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.ย
