The following announcement is a duplication of the announcement made at 07:00 on 28 October 2019 under Ordinary Share ticker HYG. Due to a technical fault during the publication of that announcement, it was only posted to the ticker HYG and not to the B Share ticker SVCT. The following announcement is now also being released for publication under the B Share ticker SVCT. All text remains the same.
Duplication: Second Interim Dividend
The Directors of Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc are pleased to declare a second interim dividend of 1.5 pence per B Share for the year to 31 December 2019, to be paid on 13 December 2019.
The ex-dividend date is 28 November 2019.
The record date for the dividend is 29 November 2019.
