On approval of the report on the execution of the Annual Comprehensive Procurement Program of PJSC RusHydro for the first half of 2019. On consent to enter into agreement and sign additional agreements between PJSC RusHydro and JSC TK RusHydro as transactions with significant importance to provide comprehensive transportation services as well as lease manned and unmanned means of transportation. On consideration of issues of material significance for the Company.
