The Company was notified yesterday that Tim Smeaton, CEO of Hydrogen Group plc and a substantial shareholder in the Company, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Hydrogen shares") on behalf of himself and his wife, at a price of 88 pence per Hydrogen share. The number of shares purchased represents c. 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following this transaction, Tim Smeaton's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 2,863,677 Hydrogen shares, representing 12.01% of the Company's issued share capital. All such shares are registered in the name of Vestra Nominees Limited.
