Hydro International PLC23 March 2007 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL plc DIRECTOR'S HOLDING IN COMPANY AND ADDITIONAL LISTING This announcement replaces the Director's Holding in Company and AdditionalListing announcement released on the RNS system on the RNS no. 5928T on Friday23 March at 11.13 a.m.. An amendment has been made to reflect the following: MrWilliams now holds shares in the Company representing 0.32% rather than 0.28% ofthe issued share capital. DIRECTOR'S HOLDING The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its UK Executive ShareOption Scheme, options over 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each have beenexercised by Mr C A Williams as follows: 10,000 ordinary shares at 24.5 pence each15,000 ordinary shares at 33.0 pence each These exercises took place on Tuesday 20 March 2007. Following the exercise of these options Mr Williams holds a total of 45,000shares in the Company, representing 0.32% of the issued share capital. ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for 25,000 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany.
