Total Voting Rights

The following information is released in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 321,508,546 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 321,508,546.

The above figure of 321,508,546 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
