Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons

To comply with DTR 3.1.4.R, the Company advises that it was notified on 15 August 2013 that following the purchase on 15 August 2013 of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 6.6 pence per share, Jonson Cox (Chairman) and family now have an interest in 496,945 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.17% of the total shares in issue.
