Appointment of Company Secretary

 

Harworth Group plc ("Harworth") is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Birch as Company Secretary and General Counsel with effect from today, Monday 6 June. Chris, who succeeds Geoff Mason, joins from Eversheds, the international law firm, where he was deputy head of the restructuring team in the Leeds office.

 

Jonson Cox, Chairman, said: "We welcome Chris and look forward to working with him. We also extend our great thanks to Geoff Mason, whose support and advice has been invaluable. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours."
