Non-Executive Director Appointment

Howdens is pleased to announce that Louis Eperjesi will be appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2023. Following his appointment, Louis will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nominations, and Sustainability Committees of the Board.

Louis is currently a non-executive director of Ibstock Plc, Trifast Plc, and the AIM-listed company Accsys Technologies Plc. He is also the Chair of Trustees of The Cheltenham Trust. Louis has previously had a long career in the building materials sector, most recently serving as CEO of Tyman Plc, a leading International supplier of engineered components and access solutions to the construction industry. He has also held senior executive roles in Kingspan Plc, Baxi Group Ltd, Lafarge SA and Caradon Plc.

Louis brings a strong background of manufacturing and supply of building products in International markets, together with commercial, strategy development, and change management experience.
