Interim Management Statement
In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009.
The Company remains a "cash shell". The Board continues to identify and evaluate target companies and is pleased to report that the Company has entered into early stage discussions with two potential targets. The Board is hopeful that one or other will reach a point where it can be recommended to shareholders. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £334,000 at 31 December 2009.
No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009 which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
