Interim Management Statement

In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 October 2011 to 31 December 2011.

The Company remains a "cash shell". During 2011 the two major shareholdings changed hands and one of these new major shareholders, Mr M Szytko, joined the Board. The Board continues to identify and evaluate target companies and Shareholders will be informed of any developments. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £149,000 at 31 December 2011.

No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 October 2011 to 31 December 2011 which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
