Interim Management Statement

In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010.

The Company remains a "cash shell". The Board continues to identify and evaluate target companies and has entered into early stage discussions with a potential target. Shareholders will be informed of any developments. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £248,000 at 31 December 2010.

No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010 which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
