Scrip Dividend Reference Price
The Company announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the total dividend of 5.0p per share for the year ended 31 December 2015 will be 179.6p per share.
The scrip reference price is calculated as the average of the Company's closing middle market share price for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 9 June 2016.
The timetable for the proposed scrip dividend, which remains subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 June 2016, is as follows:

| Allotment of new shares to certificated and CREST shareholders, admission to trading and posting of tax vouchers
