Director's Shareholding
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was informed on 15 October 2021 that, on the same day, The 1609 Fund Ltd, which is under the management of ILS Capital Management Ltd, a Company which Tom Libassi, Non-Executive Director of the Company, co-founded and is managing partner of, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 145.37 pence each. Mr Libassi is also a director of The 1609 Fund Ltd.
Following the completion of the above transaction, funds under management of, or associated with, ILS Capital Management Ltd, hold in aggregate 13,150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.15 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
