PCAs' Shareholdings
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was informed yesterday that Elizabeth Hanbury, George Hanbury and Clementine Hanbury, each of whom are persons closely associated ("PCA") with Nigel Hanbury, Chief Executive Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, have sold a number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), and subsequently repurchased the same number of Ordinary Shares into their respective Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs), in order to effect "Bed and ISA" trades. Details of these trades are as set out below:

Following the completion of the above transactions, Nigel Hanbury's ultimate beneficial ownership, including shares held by his immediate family members, is unchanged and remains at 9,549,794 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 13.62 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
