Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, announces that, further to the announcement of its audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2020 on 28 May 2021, the Company confirms the dates relevant to the payment of its recommended total dividend for 2020 of 3.0p per share, if approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting, as follows:
