Non-Executive Chairman Share Purchase

Hummingbird Resources, the multi-project gold company, was notified that the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, Russell King, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 38.5p on 17 November 2014.

Following this purchase, Russell King holds a total of 50,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Founded in late 2005, Hummingbird Resources is a West African gold explorer and developer (AIM:HUM), which listed on AIM in December 2010 with a maiden N143-101 compliant Resource of 0.8Moz gold in Liberia.
