Humberts Group PLC06 September 2007 Humberts Group plc ("Humberts" or "the Group") Additional Listing Application has been made for 1,714,285 new ordinary shares of 5p each to beadmitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market("AIM") for listed securities. The new shares which rank pari passu with the existing shares, have been issuedas vendor consideration in accordance with the recent acquisition announcementsmade by the Company on 5 September 2007.
