Helios Towers plc (the "Company") announces that Alison Baker, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Central Asia Metals plc on 21 August 2025. Central Asia Metals plc is admitted to trading on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange.
