Director's Acquisition of Shares in Hightex
Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, has been notified that today, The 181 Fund (Jersey) acquired 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Hightex at 2.1p. Consequently, it is now interested in 19,901,578 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
