Hightex Group plc (AIM: HTIG), a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, announces it was today notified that on 14 November 2012, Mrs Michelle DesForges, the wife of Charles DesForges, the Company's Chairman, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1.218p per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr DesForges has an interest in a total of 4,030,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.42% of the issued share capital of the Company. Of this balance, 3,530,000 Shares are beneficially owned by Mr DesForges and 500,000 Shares are held by his wife.
