Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hunting PLC today announces a share award to an Executive Director.
Peter Rose
On 28 February 2011, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Long Term Incentive Plan, Peter Rose was awarded 4,256 shares. Following the transaction his beneficial shareholding increased to 38,196 shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
