Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG), the international energy services company today announces completionΒ of the acquisition of Innova-Extel Acquisition Holdings Inc., a leading supplier of harsh environment electronics technology to the global energy industry.

The terms of the transaction are unchanged from those announced on 16 August 2010 and the conditions for completion have now been satisfied.
