Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:
Annell Bay
On 19 June 2017, Annell Bay notified the Company that she purchased 3,840 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 517.86p per share. The purchase took place on 14 June 2017.
Following this transaction Annell Bay's beneficial holding is 11,840 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.007% of the Company's share capital.
