The Company was today informed that, in part to satisfy personal tax liabilities, Peter Rose sold 22,302 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 925.5p.

Following these transactions, Peter Rose has a beneficial holding of 43,196 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.03% of the Company's share capital.
