Hunting today announces the following share purchase by an executive Director of the Company.
Bruce Ferguson
The Company was informed on 4 October that Bruce Ferguson had purchased 15,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 242 pence per share. The purchase took place on 4 October 2022. Following this transaction Bruce Ferguson's beneficial holding is 168,700 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.10% of the Company's share capital.
