The Company announces that on 6 September 2022 options were granted, pursuant to the Hiscox UK Sharesave Plan, an "all-employee" share plan, to Mr Paul Cooper, a PDMR, to acquire 2452 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £7.34 per Share.
The notification set out below is made in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
